the palest type 2a spring honey is a granulated, creamy honey foraged from oil-seed rape. the darker type 2a, extracted from different hives within the same apiary, is a stronger granulated honey harvested from spring blossoms in hedgerows, fruit blossom, and rural wild flowers. the darkest honey is our classic 2b summer honey, which is floral in taste and sold runny. it is foraged from hedgerows, clover, lavender and other garden flowers.
