Our honey is raw, untreated and unprocessed, and produced by the Adlard family bees. The main apiary is in Lincolnshire with occasional satellite hives in Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire, and Denton in Yorkshire. Each harvest is unique, with spring and summer varieties varying in taste, texture and aroma. Heather comb honey is intermittently available in limited numbers.
Please note that all pure honeys granulate in time. It can of course be cleared in warm water if desired.
